Because I have a full-time position, I am unable to take on every client who is interested. Therefore, I require all of my clients to: Have a thick skin. I don't want you to waste your time so I am going to be honest with you. It's a rarity in today's world and sometimes it hurts - consider this your warning. But I swear I don’t bite! Be dedicated and committed to finding a new position, and trust me. Your success is my success, so if you are not committed to putting in the necessary time and effort, let someone else meet with me. If you don’t fully commit to the process it makes us both look bad. Be ready. Realize that I am not a career counselor (yet!). I am not qualified to administer formal career assessment testing nor be your therapist. You need to have dealt with the emotional turmoil of losing your job and be ready and emotionally healthy to begin your job search. If you are seeking a counselor I can refer you to a colleague if you wish. Pay in advance via PayPal or money order. Cancellations waste my valuable and limited time off, and this helps to prevent them. I only refund or reschedule with 48 hours notice. Sessions are only $40 per hour, or five 1-hour sessions for $175! Compare that to the competitor's prices of $80-$150+ per hour!
