Because I have a full-time position, I am unable to take on every client who is interested. Therefore, I require all of my clients to:
Have a thick skin. I don't want you to waste your time so I am going to be honest with you. Honesty can be difficult for some people but it is a part of the process to realize where you can improve.
Be dedicated and committed to finding a new position, and trust me. Your success is my success, so if you are not committed to putting in the necessary time and effort to make your goals happen, let's not waste each other's time. If you don’t fully commit to the process it makes us both look bad. Be ready.
Realize that I am not a career counselor. I am not qualified to administer formal career assessment testing nor be your therapist. You need to have dealt with the emotional turmoil of losing your job and be ready and emotionally healthy to begin your job search. If you are seeking a counselor I can refer you to a colleague, please just ask.
Pay in advance of your appointment via PayPal or money order. Cancellations waste my valuable and very limited time off, and this helps to prevent them. I only refund or reschedule with 48 hours notice. Pay only after your appointment has been set.
Sessions are only $50/hour for in-person, or $40/hour done virtually.
Compare that to the competitor's prices of $85-$200+ per hour!
